Head First into Wine (formerly: How to Look Like a Wine Snob)
$39/ person ($30/person for groups of 12+, and $25/person for 40+ guests)
Join us for this intro to wine class to buff up your wine vocabulary and basic etiquette. Intended to be fun and interactive, everyone can be comfortable asking questions and discovering what makes different varietals unique. Some discussion of food and wine pairing, wine making techniques, and regional influence. (Consider this as a couples class, a girls-night-out, or a perfect office party to celebrate a birthday or holiday celebration.)

Understanding Pinot Noir
$39/ person ($30/person for groups of 12+, and $25/person for 40+ guests)
Oregon locals might be surprised to find out how many ways you make pinot noir taste great. From bubbly, to rose, to red wine, through dessert wines, pinot is a tasty treat. One of the most versatile grapes out there, this is a fantastic food pairing choice.

Getting to Know Napa Valley
$39/ person ($30/person for groups of 12+, and $25/person for 40+ guests)
Napa Valley is one of the most well respected wine making regions of the world. Known for their luscious red blends, spicy zins, rich cabernets, and buttery chardonnays, this is a great opportunity to try some of their most famous wines and learn about what makes them so unique, age-worthy, and great with food.

Getting to Know the Varietals of Southern Oregon
$39/ person ($30/person for groups of 12+, and $25/person for 40+ guests)
Oregon has a much more diversity of grapes than most folks realize. Our hot and dry southern region allow for many warm weather varietals, which will dazzle you with the spice, depth and complexity.

Champagne & Caviar: the High End World of Wine
$65/ person ($50/ person for groups of 12+, and $40/ person for 40+ guests)
Whether you’re looking to sample high-end wines in advance of purchase, or just want to delight your palate with a chance to try those typically “out of reach” wines, this is a very fun tasting. This luxury tasting will focus on wines of North America, and a bubbly, too!

Food & Wine Pairing Classes
$49/ person ($44/ person for groups of 12+, and $40/ person for 40+ guests)
These classes can be set-up based on the needs of the group. The focused classes are Wine & Cheese, Wine & Chocolate, Summer Food & Wine Pairing, Holiday Food & Wine Pairing, or Vegetarian Food & Wine Pairing. Or private groups may customize their class based on those listed above.

Sparkles, Glimmer & Bubbles
$39/ person ($30/person for groups of 12+, and $25/person for 40+ guests)
Nothing is more festive or more celebratory than bubbly wines. These little gems run from value priced to quite expensive, from dry to sweet, from tight bubbles to loose bubbles, and from all wine making regions of the world. Exceptional food pairing and alternative service ideas for bubbly lovers.

For groups larger than 50 guests, please talk to us about alternative price structures and custom classes for your group. Also consider hosting your event on a non-weekend evening for possible saving; a perfect choice for non-profits.

Saturday, February 13: PCC: Valentine Crush.  This class is especially designed for couples.  We'll enjoy a little wine 101 to make sure everyone's comfortable, then we're off and running.  Enjoy a little cheese and chocolate pairing, a side-by-side terroir tasting and some special treats that are sure to get you a thank you kiss. Couples of all design are welcome. Saturday's class is held at 7pm, Sundays class is held at 6pm. $19 registration fee and $20 material fee ($39 total)*


Saturday, February 27: PCC: Head First into Wine. If you've ever wondered if "you're doing right" when it comes to wine etiquette then this is the class for you. It's a casual approach to the serious side of wine.  We'll laugh our way through learning how to sip and swirl to use the right vocabulary and how to identify what you most enjoy in wines (that way you can order the right thing next time). Join us! 7pm. (This same class is also being held on March 13). $19 registration fee and $20 materials  fee ($39 total)*
