Request a Quote - Given the dynamic nature of the wine industry we are unable to publish prices on more than a handful of wines. We will however, be more than delighted to find pricing and availability for you on any wine currently sold in Oregon. Please send us an email to Quote This and well get started.
Payment Options & Requirements - We strive to offer you the best product for the best price. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment options. We currently accept cash/check and charge (Visa and MasterCard). Delivery Options & Requirements Standard shipping includes costs for UPS Ground Freight and all product-handling costs. Please contact us for any special or expedited shipping requirements for your order. All wine shipments require a signature for receipt by individuals over the age of 21 years. By placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21 years of age. Due to the signature requirement, we suggest having your order shipped to a place of business. We will ship to residential addresses, but the buyer may be subject to additional fees assessed by the carrier for extra delivery attempts or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines and will be held to the guidelines set forth by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) and any state and/or local laws. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. If shipment is returned for any reason other than The Wine Cellar error, the customer is responsible to pay for any additional shipping required. The Wine Cellar assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage, freezing, or corks pushing out of the neck. So, be sure of shipping conditions before placing your order.
Return/Exchange Policy - We strive to bring you the very best wine in quality and value. If you have a bottle that is corked or turned, you may exchange it within 30 days if you return at least half of the bottle along with your receipt. The Wine Cellar is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for excess purchases made, as we cannot guarantee the quality to the next client. For wines that are shipped, those bottles can also be exchanged providing the customer covers all shipping costs. Thank you!
